Legal Immigration

Our Legal Immigration ministry continues to provide Community Outreach, Education and Advocacy for our immigrant population. Our immigration specialist is a Department of Justice Representative and with Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. During the past year, our office saw an increase in Citizenship and DACA applications along with employment authorizations and visa petitions. With our Refuge Resettlement Office in Mobile, we assist with the relocation of refugee families. CSS Montgomery’s Immigration Department has improved many lives and it is our main aim to continue providing affordable and confidential services.
